Who we are,
Meet your water quality consultant at Michelle Wium. Water Check is run by Michelle, a former ISO/IEC 17025 Technical Signatory who spent years validating lab results for commercial testing facilities in Johannesburg and Cape Town. She founded Water Check because independent, plain-English advice — not filter sales — was missing for everyday homeowners and small operations.

Get a quote and order your Water Testing Kit from our experienced water analysis consultant.
Step 2: Your sampling kit
Your sampling kit, along with directions, gets delivered to your door for easy sampling. Once your sample is taken drop contact your Water Check Representative to arrange Pick-up or Locker Drop Off.
Step 3: SANAS ISO17025 Accredited Laboratories
Your sample gets analysed by our ISO17025:2017 partner labs for accurate and reliable results.
Step 4: Plain-English report Write-ups
Lab reports are full of complex chemical metrics (mg/L, CFU, NTU). We provide a color-coded, easy-to-read diagnostic summary explaining exactly what the numbers mean for health and plumbing
Step 5: Unbiased Next Steps & Treatment Plan
We do not sell proprietary filter hardware, so our advice is impartial. We outline the filtration, UV disinfection, or pH neutralization you actually need, and advise on monitoring solutions.
